How do I report an issue with my order?

When it comes to fresh, naturally untreated produce, some fruits and vegetables are more vulnerable to deterioration during their journey to your home. Many farmers are new to the process of sending their products directly to customers, which involves careful decisions about packaging, packing methods, and the ideal ripeness for shipping. Although issues are rare, they can happen, and when they do, we’re committed to finding a solution.

If you're not satisfied with the produce you received, you can easily submit a claim through your Farm Fresh account. To ensure we can track and handle the issue properly, we kindly ask that you submit claims through your account rather than via email.

Here’s how to report an issue:

  1. Log in to your account on https://farmfreshdirect.co.nz/
  2. Go to "My Account."
  3. Select "Orders" and choose the relevant order.
  4. Click the "Report Issue" button to submit your claim.

By following this process, your claim will be sent directly to the Vendor, allowing us to resolve the issue together.

Important: Since we work with personalised and/or perishable products, claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the box and the product if your harvest arrives in poor condition or incomplete.

After completing the claim process, you'll receive an automatic email confirmation that your claim has been successfully submitted to the Vendo
