The story of Bertagni started more than 130 years ago, in 1882, in the workshop of Luigi Bertagni in Bologna, the home of Tortellini. Slightly thicker than other cuts of pasta, their shape and size are perfect for hearty or creamy sauces. They are all so good that just a drizzle of oil or pat of butter, and a sprinkling of grated Parmesan are all that is needed to taste them at their best.

No preservatives or artificial or supplementary natural flavors are ever added.
