These delicious Burger Patties are hand made on site at our Boutique Store in Ahuriri, Napier.

Our secret recipe creates the perfect moisture, texture and flavour.

Coming in at 200grams each with a thickness of 1.5-2cm they pack a powerful Wagyu flavour and will make the perfect Burger.

Made with Southern Stations Wagyu (Marble Score 7+)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Cook these from frozen on a hot pan (no oil required) for 14-15 minutes each side, or until cooked through.

Turn only once to ensure the Wagyu fat content and flavour is locked in.

No seasoning required. This will create the perfect medium burger pattie.

If you like your burgers well done, continue for a minute or two more on each side.
