This decadent steak & burger sauce is a nice balance of heat & sweet and not too much vinegar. New Zealand produced Black Garlic and Truffle infused Olive Oil. This product is not gluten free as it contains Malt Vinegar, however can be used with vegetables such as cauliflower, eggplant or pumpkin.
