The best part? No rolling, kneading or shaping is required. Simply drop spoonfuls of dough straight onto the baking tray for wonderfully rustic café-style scones. Prefer a traditional look? The dough can also be gently patted out and cut with a scone cutter or knife into classic rounds, squares or triangles.
