Our Eggplant Kasundi is a bold eggplant relish made in New Zealand, packed with 41% eggplant, aromatic ginger and garlic, chilli and warming spices.
Rich, tangy and gently spiced, the eggplant cooks down into a soft, savoury relish with just enough warmth to keep things interesting. It has the depth to sit alongside grilled meats and curries, but it’s just as good spooned onto a toastie, burger or cheese board.
