This curd has an extra zing with the added passionfruit! Mix through natural yoghurt, in whipped cream or dollop on a dessert cake. Tastes great on a hot crumpet or with a waffle.

NZ Lime Juice, Passionfruit pulp, butter, sugar, eggs
