Alpha Lipoic Acid Alpha-lipoic acid is an antioxidant made by the body. It is found in every cell, where it helps turn glucose into energy. Alpha-lipoic acid can be found in foods, such as red meat, carrots, beets, spinach, broccoli, and potatoes.

NAC is a variant of the amino acid L’Cysteine.   It is of particular benefit to our aerobic organs, especially lungs and associated tissues.
