The Mazzer Kold S Electronic is a high-performance espresso grinder designed for high-volume cafés. Equipped with 71 mm conical burrs and an 800 W motor, it delivers rapid grinding speeds of 5–6 grams per second. The grinder features a redesigned grinding chamber and chute, resulting in a 52% reduction in retention compared to previous models. Its Grind Flow Control (GFC) system includes hybrid anti-clumping and anti-dust dampers, ensuring uniform coffee grounds and minimal mess. The double fan cooling system and split chassis design maintain optimal temperature during operation. The grinder also offers IoT connectivity for real-time grind reports and has a micrometric grind adjustment system for precise control.
