Methane is a major sulphur (sulphonyl) donor which helps to maintain our sulphur bearing amino acids.

MSM- Methylsulfonlymethane

1. Is a naturally occurring organosulfur (DMSO is its parent compound), found in meats, dairy, vegetables, fruits, and grains.
2. Supports many different functions in the body and is vital for supporting proper cell structure and reversing free radical damage in cells (antioxidant properties)
