Dosage

Adults: Take 1-3 capsules with food or as professionally advised. Children: Take 1-2 capsules daily with food or as professionally advised.

Contra-indications

In doses over 12g may increase effects of anticoagulant (blood thinning) medication   Pregnant, lactating women and people with known medical conditions, consult your Health Practitioner.    This product is not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease.
