Original Granola - Coconut, Hazelnuts, Local Honey, and Cinnamon

This granola rocks. It is the OG. The first recipe I came up with. Looking for a solution for breakfast that felt good and could keep me fueled on long days as a chef. Made with a delicious gluten-free (and grain-free) combo of organic ingredients, including coconut, local hazelnuts, currants, and a touch of Nelson honey. It is still my favorite.
