Pork Belly - Heat & Eat
Experience the ultimate texture and taste with The Meat Box Pork Belly – perfectly cooked using the Sous Vide technique. The slow cooking method ensures even cooking for succulently tender meat, while slowly rendering the fat to infuse a rich depth of flavour that is simply irresistible.
Simple and easy to cook, simply remove the Pork Belly from it's packaging and cook in the oven for 45minutes at 180°C, or pop in the microwave and heat on high for 6-8 minutes or until fully heated through.
