Ridiculously Hot Sauce is loud, punchy and unapologetic. Built on our Hot Pepper Original as the vinegar base, it’s loaded with NZ-grown super-hot chillies - including Carolina Reapers and Trinidad Scorpions — then topped off with garlic, ginger and Tom Yum paste.

The intensity ramps up fast. It’s not subtle, but it is full of flavour. Yeah, it’s hot. Pretty hot. But it’s not pointlessly hot - this sauce earns its place with a balance of bold heat and real taste.
