How to make Sticky Masala Chai at home
Stove Top Brewing
Add 1 – 2 teaspoons of Chai mix and 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of your preferred milk (I like oat milk for added creaminess)
Bring to a boil on a medium heat, then remove it from the heat and let it to sit for 30 seconds.
Bring to the boil a second time, turn off and let it sit for a further 30 seconds to allow the flavours to develop.
Strain through a tea strainer into your cup or mug and enjoy!
