Recommended Daily Dosage (for An Adult):
Take 1 capsule daily for health maintenance.
If you are exposed to flu or viruses, or begin to notice early symptoms, you may take two capsules every two hours. Taking vitamin C & NAC (if you are experiencing coughing) frequently alongside this may help you manage symptoms quickly, sometimes within the first day.
If the virus has already developed in your body, continue taking the product for 5 to 7 days to support recovery.
