Ingredients Water, Vegetables (35%) (Tomatoes, Potatoes, Carrots, Celery, Onion, Peas), Marinated Beef (9%) [Beef, Marinade (Water, Salt, Mineral Salts (450, 451), Dextrose, Thickeners (1422, 415))], Potato Starch, Maize Thickener (1422), Soy Sauce Extract (Wheat), Salt, Flavours (Soy), Yeast Extracts, Spice. Contains: Soy, Wheat, Gluten. Preparation Instructions Stovetop: Pour soup into a saucepan. Stir whilst heating gently, until hot. DO NOT ALLOW THE SOUP TO BOIL. Microwave Oven (1000W): Empty contents into a recommended microwave-safe bowl and cover. Heat on high for 2 minutes. Stir before heating for a further 1 minute, or until hot. (Heating times may vary depending on the power of the microwave). Let the bowl stand for 30 seconds before removing from the microwave. Stir again before serving.
