Enjoy as a quick lunch option or comforting dinner on cold days. 98% fat free and rich in dietary fibre, Wattie's® Very Special™ Creamy Pumpkin Soup also contains 4.5 serves of vegetables per can* (One serve of vegetables equals 75g. Aim for a variety of vegetables each day). Serve with a swirl of cream and cracked black pepper.
Preparation Instructions
Stovetop: Pour soup into a saucepan. Stir whilst heating gently, until hot. DO NOT ALLOW THE SOUP TO BOIL. Microwave Oven (1000W): Empty contents into a recommended microwave-safe bowl and cover. Heat on high for 2 minutes. Stir before heating for a further 1 minute, or until hot. (Heating times may vary depending on the power of the microwave). Let the bowl stand for 30 seconds before removing from the microwave. Stir again before serving.
